The WR Systems’ facility has a fully equipped Electronics Repair and Test (ERT) laboratory to provide expertise in Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) modifi cation, repair, testing, and implementation.

Our ERT lab supports the design, troubleshooting, removal, repair, modifi cation, fabrication, and testing of circuit cards in accordance with approved Micro Miniature (2M) standards. Our reverse engineering process extends the lifecyle of your equipment.
We have extensive experience in the development and implementation of acceptance test plans.
We are involved in a rigorous Quality Control (QC) program where CCAs endure acceptance testing and are certified as Ready For Issue (RFI).
ALERT conducts state-of-the-art circuit card design, repair, re-engineering, troubleshooting, and fault isolation to the component level, fabricate new CCAs and fully test and repair CCAs manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
WR has the required technical expertise, facilities and the advanced diagnostic equipment to test and repair complex electronic circuit board assemblies found in communication, industrial and military industries.
Implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO). Perform analysis for application ruggedization and parts obsolescence.
Almost any electronic products such as printed circuit boards (PCB), power supplies, displays, drives and controllers.
We have the capability to fabricate test setups to assist in active troubleshooting down to the lowest replaceable component.

- Huntron Pro-Track I
- Screen and evaluate the faulty CCAs using component signatures or Voltage/Current tracer
- Live bench testing
- Versa module Europa (VME) backplane
- Overnight burn-in testing of the Time and Frequency Processor CCA to locate faults
